Inner Critic Lab is committed to offering clear and respectful coaching services. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
1. Coaching Services
All services provided through Inner Critic Lab are coaching services, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. Payment is made in exchange for time, presence, and professional coaching support.
2. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be refunded.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
This policy respects the time reserved specifically for each client.
3. Refunds

Single-session bookings:
Refunds are available if the session is canceled more than 24 hours in advance. -
Missed or late-canceled sessions:
These sessions are not refundable. -
Dissatisfaction with a session:
Coaching is a collaborative process. While outcomes cannot be guaranteed, if you feel the session was not a good fit, you are encouraged to reach out to discuss your concerns. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
4. Packages (if applicable)
If coaching packages are offered:

Unused sessions may be refundable at the coach’s discretion.

Used sessions are non-refundable.
Details will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Inner Critic Lab. Open communication is encouraged.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (such as Wix Payments or other providers). Refunds, when approved, will be issued through the original payment method.
