2. Eligibility

By using this website or booking a session, you confirm that:

  • You are mentally and emotionally able to participate in coaching

  • You take full responsibility for your own well-being, decisions, and actions

If you are experiencing severe mental distress, you are encouraged to seek support from a licensed mental health professional.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Coaching sessions must be booked in advance through the website or agreed channels.

  • Payment is required prior to the session unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices and availability may change at any time and will be reflected on the website.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

  • Coaching is not advice-giving, diagnosis, or treatment

Inner Critic Lab is not responsible for decisions or actions you take outside of coaching sessions.

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Online communication and video platforms are not guaranteed to be fully secure.

7. Intellectual Property
